Health Quest

Through the Health Quest, we want to focus on reaching a balance between medical science and health therapies.

We want to get people thinking about implementing preventative measures, in order to keep healthy, and ultimately reduce the reliance on the use of medicines. The Health Quest will introduce you to a number of health therapies and their benefits.

Through the Dream On Journal, the Dream On Community, and the events we host, you will have the opportunity to explore the different therapies, and speak to qualified professionals, who can tell you about their particular area of expertise, and see if it can help you.

  • Do you skip breakfast?
  • Do you eat lunch at your desk?
  • How many hours a day do you sit at a desk?

As well as helping individuals, we want to get the Health Quest into companies, because this is where it is really needed.

We believe that companies should do more to look after their staff, and that they can be just as profitable, and productive with a well nurtured work force.


This is an opportunity to educate people, and join forces with other therapists, in order to make a real difference to people’s lives. We encourage you to write guest posts for the Dream On Journal, and attend the events we host. The more of you that can get involved, then the bigger the noise we can make.
